Vanilla Sponge Cake 
Decided to try out new sponge cake recipe and this is the end product. Seriously this sponge cake is so much lighter and softer than my previous baked sponge cake. The weight of this sponge cake before decoration is ~500g.
My hubby love the texture so much that he kept taking photos of this "naked" sponge cake during its cooling period ^_^
