It's an egg.. It's a cake.. It's a strawberry egg cake! 
Saw a recipe where the cake is baked in an orange, so I decided to try baking a cake in an egg shelf instead.
This is another experiment of mine in my "playground" (kitchen. Since it is an experiment, I only made 8 egg cakes. Thought it will be a failure but what a pleasure surprise.. It's turned out great! Heehee.. Happy! =D
Fresh strawberries are added in the cake for the filling. I love this strawberry egg cake! ^_^
