Baking Lesson 
I have not been baking for the past months due to the ligament injury on my wrist & holiday trips to unwind. Not prepared to start any baking session for the time being but I conducted a "baking lesson" on Sunday.. She is a smart student.. My 2nd student so far.. Haha..
My sis-in-law, after tasted my mini fruit tarts, has been wanted to bake some on her own. Hence she requested for a baking lesson where I can pass my baking knowledge to her. I always feel very comfortable & close to this sister-in-law of mine.. maybe because of her good temper and blur blur character.. Oops! Heehee.. Anyway, I just adore her lah.. so I passed my modified recipe for the mini fruit tarts to her! ^_^
Her tart crusts are very crispy.. Yummy fruit tarts!
