Happy Birthday To My MIL 
Specially baked this durian cake for my mother-in-law for her birthday this year.
I'm super generous with the durian this time round. Used a lot of durian for the filling as she simply loves durian! The fresh cream is made of durian ganache.. a truly pure durian cake!
