Dessert Time 
In fact trifle comes with whipped cream. But not everyone like whipped cream, so I decided to do away with the whipped cream topping. Hence I also don't know if I should call this trifle..
I used the rainbow sponge cake as base (see picture 5) & rainbow heart-shaped sponge cake for simple decoration. Trifle is layered with fresh mango cubes in between the mango cream that I have prepared.
Simple desserts for the weekend. Didn't spend much effort on the decorating part as it was a last minute decision on Saturday night to prepare the desserts ^_^
Verdict:
Too creamy. To balance out, I think it will be better have less cream with thicker sponge cake as base & more sponge cakes in between the cream & mango cubes.
