Baking Lesson - Mini Egg Tarts 
My niece plans to bake mini egg tarts for her Home Economic practical test and she asked me to teach her the skill.
Below are her hard work for the Saturday. Her skill is not bad but need to improve on the crust thickness & her time management as she will have limited time during her practical test.
Hmmm.. she told me she feels the stress in the baking of these mini egg tarts for her coming practical test. So I will be planning another baking session with her before her practical test to build up her confidence.
