Chocolate Ganache 
Chocolate ganache is one of the MUST TRY frostings as it is really yummy!
Keep stirring it or leave it at room temperature to get the consistency you desire, before you use it to decorate the cakes / cupcakes / donuts, etc.. You can just eat it on its own (in fact I did that.. haha..), or you can use it to dip strawberries too ^_^
