Mini Egg Tarts 
Baked this batch of mini egg tarts specially for my adorable niece - Belinda! She has been waiting patiently for me to bake egg tarts for her again since my last baked egg tarts in Nov 08. Last week, I promised her that I will definitely bake mini egg tarts for her this week. So here are the mini egg tarts as promised! ^_^
Compared to the egg tarts I baked in Nov 08, I feel that I did a better job this time round in terms of the appearances. The baked egg custard look nicer too.
Sad to say that in the end, I didn't manage to pass these mini egg tarts to my niece due to some reasons.. Belinda, I will make another batch for you soon okay? ^_^
