Home Econ Practical Test - Mini Egg Tarts 
The egg tarts that my niece baked for her home economic practical test. She got high score for her egg tarts - 7/8. Happy for her ^_^
Didn't get to taste this batch of egg tarts but I believe they are as tasty as her previous attempts.
At her age, being able to produce this standard is very good as the stress she is having during the 1 hour practical test is no joke. I can imagine how "kan chiong" she was during the test as she only practised twice at my home before her test. There are quite a few steps involved in the making of egg tarts and if she got 1 step wrong, the texture & taste will not turn out good.
