Having experiment again by playing around with the ingredients.. ended up with a pancake texture? Taste & texture are not bad but the presentation need more improvement though.
I'm a self taught amature home baker who have great passion for baking.. actually cooking as well but seem like I bake more than I cook. My kitchen is my playground.. it is the place where I experiment the recipes that interest me ^_^
All my cakes & pastries are freshly baked using only natural / good quality ingredients. To promote a healthier diet for my families, relatives & friends, no preservative & reduced sugar are used for all my pastries. These are the good points about my home-baked pastries ^_^
