Mini Orange Almond Cookies 
After my niece & I baked this orange cookies in 2009 for CNY, she has been asking me for this cookies on almost every CNY. This year, she asked me again if I will be baking this cookies for CNY?
Maybe because this is the very 1st cookies she has baked for CNY, she seems to have a special liking for this cookies. She told me the cookies are small, so she can't stop popping one after another into her mouth once she started eating ^_^
I have not been baking this cookies for the past 2 years. In order not to disappoint her, I decided to bake this orange cookies this year, together with her ^_^ These cookies have a crispy & crunchy texture.
