Cookies & Cream Chocolate Cheese Cupcake 
Have been down with flu & cold on & off recently due to the bad weather. Too tired to bake but wanted to prepare something. So decided to prepare some simple no-bake cheesecakes as dessert for my hubby.
To make it more easier for me, instead of preparing the crust base, I just use the cookies as base. Cheese is mixed with chocolate cream & small pieces of cookies.
