Baking Session for School Assignment 
Don't think I will bake if not for my niece's request on a baking session for her school assignment.
Not much baking ingredients at home since I have not been baking for months.
Double chocolate cupcake. Since she is looking for a simple recipe, I shortlisted this recipe for her. Thought this recipe will provide a soft texture but ended up the texture is quite tense.
My hubby likes the texture though.
