Delicious Apple Cake 
Mr Khong & I enjoyed these apple bars more than the cinnamon apple walnut bars.
Main reason was due to the taste of the cinnamon which not everyone can appreciate. Moreover, this apple cake gives a lighter texture, more moist due to the apple cubes & it has a much more buttery taste with the fragrance of the apple.
Specially baked this cake using only apple cubes for my daddy.
